Convert a word document file to .pdf
Hi guys! Many times you need to convert a microsoft office word file to pdf file. So i’m going to tell you how to do that. Many users do this by opening a website online and upload their document then download them in .pdf, which is not a safe way , because you confidential information is personal so everyone don’t want to share this to anyone. Thats why try this easy way.
Open the your word document which you want to convert into .pdf. Now click on the top left menu name as File. Here you will see the options below to save as option. Click on it and then go to browse button.
This type of window will be apear to you.
Browse Save as options and select .pdf file and hit Enter. So your file is converted into pdf securly and easily. And if you again want to convert your pdf or new pdf file to word document file then browse that pdf file in word and save as word document file.
Note: This method is only applicable for microsoft 2013 and onward versions. In older versions you can convert them but in some formats which are not famous too much like pdf.
